My issue is not that the purchases occurred. My issue is that when I raised concerns and requested an investigation, I repeatedly received what appeared to be generic, canned responses that did not address the specific facts, questions, or documentation I provided. As a paying customer, I expected a fair review of my concerns, clear communication, and an explanation that addressed the details of my case. Instead, I have been left waiting while receiving responses that appear largely automated and do not answer the issues raised. Because of the lack of resolution, I have disputed the charges with my financial institution and have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Texas Attorney General’s Office, and other consumer protection agencies. I am sharing my experience so that other consumers can make informed decisions before spending significant amounts of money with this company. If anyone else has experienced similar issues involving customer support, investigations, or refund requests, I would be interested in hearing about your experience. * ### 4/5 — Pool blaster *2025-11-30, version 1.0* One of the better pool games I’ve played I have several some of the others I’ve played glitch and freeze or the other players get kicked out. So far none with this one. Only issue is the the payout threshold. $35 or $40 min to cash out. And when I get close to that amount I start losing. Funny how so many other games do the same thing. Where on others I can cash out at $2 or $6. Do not give them any money to play ### 1/5 — This is sooo rigged. *2025-06-12* Initially I thought it was good, but after playing a more games, I’m noticing that the balls that you think you’re going to hit, somehow don’t make any contact, and cause you lose by either scratching the cue or missing a shot entirely. And also, the skulls have a tendency of covering the shots that you would take, and forcing you to make a shot that’s practically impossible. There’s better games than this one.
