Great game…controls are pretty detailed. Gameplay is smooth. One complaint is not having the ability to zoom in more. You can switch camera to an overhead view which is great but, from the overhead cam it's extremely difficult to aim. If you can figure out how to manipulate the cue, you are almost a genius! Still not sure about the mechanics of everything. I am now playing against someone, but I do not know, yet, whether it is the game or a real person. I do know that for several beginning game the other person was not very good at all, and then suddenly she could hit balls in like crazy....hmmmmm!?!!?!! Write more as I check this out ### 4/5 — Pool Club 3D *2017-07-12, version 5.7* A very good app as far as the pool action and control, but I haven't been able to access multi-player. So fat the game is really almost too easy. ### 4/5 — Great Game English and power wise *2017-06-12, version 5.7* It's a great game being a avid pool player myself I find this game better then 8 ball pool it has a great single player system and multiplayer and I find less cheating at the higher level matches as there is in 8 ball pool. Things that could change would be as other reviews have stated when the cue ball hits rail or even just randomly stops when it should continue to roll also I would make it when the English selection screen you can't adjust aim again until you are off the cueball icon I hope to see this game get more popular cause overall its a good game ### 4/5 — Nice but, *2017-04-30, version 5.7* I usually play 3 cushion, and the controls are a bit dodgy, especially when rotating the cue around. Also, I wish the game displays the movement of my ball after hitting the first target ball for the game to be easier to play. In general, I like that the game has a nice realistic 3 cushion feature. Thank you for distributing the game. ### 3/5 — Good graphics, game has frustrating quirks... *2017-02-22, version 5.7* The game is well made, geometry of shots seems pretty accurate, graphics are nice however game has quirks like in timed shots when calling the 8 ball, the clock starts before you call your shot. 2-3 seconds out of 7.5 tick off before you get to aim. In US 8 Ball, if I get "Stripes", I'm informed that I've got "Stipes". In the game select mode, the first screen is called "Standart" versus "Standard". ### 4/5 — Fine App *2017-01-10, version 5.7* By and large this is a pretty great App. I used to have a pool table so I am familiar with many types of shots. My quibbles are: 1. When I go to pick out an opponent on single play, the selection often doesn't work or doesn't clue me that I have succeeded (including paid for opponents), 2. the opponent often shoots rather carelessly, 3. Sometimes the Q ball stops abruptly at a rail when it wouldn't have normally, 4. It has taken me quite a lot of experimenting to figure out what I can do in the game (the tutorial needs to be greatly expanded) and 5. Even though I win about 70% of games against the top players, they have a frustrating ability to hit double bank cue ball shots when they're snookered, to hit and sink the object ball, even at very difficult object ball angles. I watch a lot of professionals on TV, the best is the world, and they can't do that. Nonetheless, I highly recommend the game. ### 4/5 — Great game til you run out of coins! *2016-07-11, version 4.3* I was up to about 6000 coins and started spending them on upgrades (the ones I could get to work!) and everything, not realizing I would need them to get into the higher priced halls. Then I hit a losing streak, lost everything, and found out there's no way to get any free coins (like a daily bonus, e.g.). The Win Free Coins button doesn't seem to deliver — I'm not a FB member, and the Watch Free Video button didn't result in any free coins, it just sent me back to the App Store over and over ad nauseum. We'll see if writing this review delivers... Nonetheless, very realistic. Excellent controls. A little light on explanation at times (maybe you don't know all the British rules, for example...?), but a better game than all the others I tried by a long shot. Probably as good as you'll find out there. ### 3/5 — Limited playing ability *2016-07-02, version 4.3* Like pool but this seems to be very limited to get coins. I'm at 88% wining but upgrades have cost me all of my gain. Now I can't play and using the tab to watch a video does not work. So I'm not playing till the system puts some coins in my bank. ### 4/5 — Liking app, good training. *2016-06-29, version 4.3* Have been enjoying this app and very absorbing. You can put spin on cue ball (by adjusting target point) and adjust how hard hit; ball seems to behave naturally & seems like good real-world training. I've only been playing single player free version, don't imagine I'll be paying to upgrade or play online w others soon. Some clunkiness (tip: if playing with overhead view you only move finger left & right to position cue; avoid my previous wrestling with). Guidelines are helpful so I leave on; u can pick whatever shot and angle u want but odd game sometimes defaults to shot at OTHER player's ball. Funny gripe but: there's NO positive reinforcement when I win. Nothin.' And I'm sometimes amazing. No "congratulations!", just immediate cut to ads for other apps, & I'd really like to see my peeps in crowd go wild, high five & raise their beer bottles. Too much to ask? Made it to the Snake Cue and level 54. Glitch in the game says I am playing on level 30. Also says you are playing other players online, but it is really a computer. Games stop from time to time. I enjoy playing because it's as close to playing another human as you'll get. One thing I wish would be changed and that is If you make the eight ball on the break you lose. In real life that's the reverse of what is factual. The english options on the ball and the stick are awesome. This is the first billiards game I've seen that you can adjust the angle of the stick and jump the cue ball. This is just like playing on a real table.
