Now suddenly the only way to pay is by using my credit card. Then I get charged 3.5% charge added fee. I get paid so much faster then before ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2022-08-14* The most important functionality of this app, the payment processing, doesn’t work. Looks to use an integration with Stripe… which should be reliable, but the app’s ‘Make Payment’ button doesn’t work. I’ve tried both ways in the app, from the invoice itself and from the list of invoices. Would love to submit this feedback to a support email with screenshots to help them improve.. but even under the app support there is no contact or support option. There has to be better apps out there for pool companies. Stay away from this one. ### 1/5 — Game Chager *2020-10-22* Updated: Used to love their software. But the new updates are HORRIBLE!!!!! I ended up canceling and moving to something else because their customer service was horrible too. This is going to be an amazing feature for customers!! Thanks you fire all you do. If you have more than one house serviced by the same person you have to uninstall the app and log in with the other account.
