Pool Lifeguard Theory Prep is unofficial NPLQ-style theory revision for UK pool lifeguards. Practice pool supervision and zoning, HSG179 principles, emergency action plans (EAP), casualty recognition and rescue theory, spinal management principles, CPR and first aid theory, and pool water safety.
