App has not worked for weeks, cannot log in or change password or even re-register, I’ve deleted and reinstalled…..don’t buy a heater that uses this app.

Has been connected fine for a couple of months. Now for 3 days we get this terminal is not online. Have tried deleting and reinstalling but the same error persists. Very frustrating since it cannot be relied upon.

This app was always flakey, and now seems to have stopped connecting entirely, always failing to get the heat pump parameters. Have tried reinstalling the app and resetting my password, setting up a new account and connecting my heat pump as a new one. Nothing works. Don’t bother downloading, looks like it is no longer supported.

It has just booted me out again and I’m currently unable to sign in to the app, rendering my “smart, Wi-Fi enabled” ashp completely dumb.

Consistently fails to connect to the terminal, if you can actually get the app to open. Generally either fails to open or crashes on startup. Utterly useless application.
