勝った試合が勝った事にならず、何度ゲームボールをポケットしても勝ちになりません。ゲームボールイン後に対戦相手のフリーボールとなり、相手もそれを外す。再度こちらがポケットイン、これも勝ちにならず、これを10回程繰り返している内にこちらもゲームボールを外し、相手の勝ちになるという理不尽なゲームがありました。対戦相手がチートをしているのか判りませんでしたが、この様な苦情を受け付ける窓口が無い事が大きな問題だと思います。
