## What is Pool Route Ops?

Pool Route Ops is the operations app for pool service companies. Plan the day, send techs out, and keep every job, reading, and invoice in one place.

SCHEDULING AND ROUTES
See the day, two days, week, or month at a glance. Assign jobs to techs, balance the load across the crew, and optimize the driving order so nobody backtracks.

JOBS FROM THE DECK
Techs run a guided job flow: start, log water readings, record chemical doses, capture photos, and close out. The LSI calculator tells them exactly what the water needs before they dose.

CUSTOMERS AND PROPERTIES
Every customer, property, and piece of equipment in one record. Service history, communications, and notes travel with the job.

QUOTES, INVOICES, AND PAYMENT
Build quotes, turn them into invoices, and collect payment on site. Follow up on what is still open without leaving the app.

INVENTORY AND TRUCKS
Track product on the shelf and on the truck. Load trucks against the day's routes so crews leave with what they need.

REPORTS
Revenue, jobs completed, and inventory usage, summarized for the office.
