Pool Service Logbook Pro is a fast field logbook for pool professionals. Log the visit at the pool in about two minutes, then hand the customer a clean PDF service record.

Built for the solo technician and the small crew. Not a spreadsheet, not a full pool-company ERP.

LOG A VISIT IN TWO MINUTES
- Start from the last visit and change only what changed
- Tap service chips for the work completed
- Record pH, free chlorine, total alkalinity and water temperature, with units always visible
- Log chemicals and materials with quantity and unit
- Add equipment notes for pump, filter, heater, cleaner, salt system and cover

The dashboard opens on today's visits, what is due soon, what is overdue, and which pools need attention. Set a recurring interval from weekly through every four weeks, or a custom number of days. Export a full JSON backup or a CSV of your customers and visits, and restore a backup through the Files picker. Photos are never uploaded anywhere.

Readings can be flagged against reference ranges so you know what to check or review. Pool Service Logbook Pro is a recordkeeping tool: it does not recommend chemical doses and it does not make professional or regulatory judgements for you. Those stay with you and your local requirements.
