The way it works is the better you get the better the players you get matched against. You won’t do well every game and the odds are that out of five people with your skill level you’re going to lose. Since then, nothing. I just emailed them again today because the issue still has not been resolved. The game loads, searches for opponents, then sends me back to the lobby. I have deleted, reinstalled, and updated the app. Still broken. I have not even been able to play long enough to enjoy the game. This entire experience has been frustrating. If multiple users are affected, why is there no update? How are they fixing it if they are not communicating anything? Are other people still dealing with this too?
