I love that I can input all of my pool's information, such as size and type, and the app will provide customized recommendations for maintaining the water balance. Tried creating account several times throughout a day and the app was just stuck and unresponsive. Tried different browsers and devices but behavior is the same. It is frozen and does not load. I finally got through a day later but then it stopped working again the following day. I tried resetting password and now the system says it can’t find the email address I used to register.
