Pool replaces the digit countdown with a physical pour of sand. ADHD brains see time slipping. Use it for focus blocks, kid timeouts, kitchen, study sessions. No ads, ever. One-time purchase. Designed for the visual countdown idea.

Built for ADHD brains, time-blind brains, kids, and anyone who hates watching numbers tick. The shape sits on your Lock Screen with a Live Activity. Glance once, you know how much is left.

Free download includes the Pool shape and standard durations. Pool Pro unlocks every shape (candle, hourglass, rain barrel, coffee cup, loaf), long sessions, the Lock Screen Live Activity, and multi-pool mode for tracking two or three things at once. One-time $49.99, no subscription.

Anti-features (on purpose):
— no streaks, no badges, no focus score
— no leaderboard, no social
— no nagging notifications during a session
— no AI coach, no "you can do it" copy
— no servers. nothing leaves your phone.

Kids/School pack also available — same Pro features, no in-app upgrade screens. Designed for parents and OTs who hand the phone to a kid.

If a session ends early there's no shame screen — the abort is silent. If a session finishes there's one haptic and the line "pool's empty."
