This app needs more optimization, it should be way snappier than it is currently. Checkout shouldn’t require the page to reload every-time you add information to a field. Pay with card? Page has to reload, then select the card you want? Reload. Just submit it all at the end. Also search needs to be fixed. Half the time you search it goes straight to the product, sometimes it goes to the type and you can browse. But it really needs to be optimized more. I think that is the biggest thing. Those are my biggest issues.

Originally I could see my cost and my mark up while looking at items…then you had to mess with it and then I couldn’t. Some updates I can then you mess with it and I can’t. Please just fix this app then leave it alone it’s very frustrating to the point I usually just call in to check pricing.

This app is the absolute worst app for this kind of job nothing saves properly or is done properly on updates chemical measurements are off by a large margin and seem like it’s not designed to help a service tech out at all.
Find a better app this is not the one to download.

At first the app was great, rarely had any issues. But now, if I can even get the app to load, i have to literally sign in every time I reopen the app. It doesn’t allow me to change my primary address. I have to reapply my retail settings every time I sign in. It will not allow me to remove a payment method, it only lets me add a new one. And back to the first issue, the past week the app won’t even load. The other day I literally sat at the job site on the loading screen for a total of 15 minutes. I finally closed it and had to call SCP to place the order. I don’t know who manages this app but you should look into a different profession. Because app development is not your strong suit.

In the beginning I loved this app 5 stars but it keeps getting worse and worse. It takes me twice as long now to order items. My lists no longer save time since now I can no longer order my saved quantities. I can longer check the other SCP nearby for their stock & availability. Every item that I have ordered I have to go and change it from being delivered by FedEx to my regular delivery. It now takes so much longer that it is just easier to call again instead of using the app.
