For starters, the app logs me out every time I close it. Which means, every time I come back in, I have to log in again. Its very convenient easy to create passes for oneself and the family. Additionally, the next day, some of the passes that were delivered were removed, even though I never used them. This app is very erratic and I would not recommend ### 1/5 — Glitchy & Duplicating Charges *2026-06-01, version 4.4.1* This app is the bane of my existence. It is consistently glitching and disappearing my pool pass. Upon attempting to buy a guest pass for the pool, PoolEntry charged me three times. ### 1/5 — Did not work *2026-05-31, version 4.4.1* The app would let me start my application but whenever I tried to hit continue it would have a server error then say duplicate application. I created and deleted my application so many times and it has completely failed to upload. ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2026-05-31, version 4.4.1* This app is not user friendly and riddled with technical problems. I receive server errors constantly causing me to restart over and over. Also, good luck with customer support. You have to email them and then wait days for a response which is really difficult when your kid wants to go swimming. Finally, you can only have one account per household. So you have to share your info with everyone that downloads the app instead of having different accounts associated with one household. It’s ridiculous, burdensome, and a huge waste of money for your HOA. ### 1/5 — Customer Support Ticket Closed without Resolution *2026-05-21, version 4.3.5* I have a pool pass application that’s on hold and when I attempt to resolve the issue by accepting the document review step nothing happens. I submitted a customer support ticket which just told me to update the app and try again and then closed the ticket without verifying my issue was fixed. I confirmed I was on the newest version and opened a new ticket. So far the app has only made the process of getting a pool pass more difficult and the technical support is extremely lacking ### 1/5 — “try again!😡 *2026-05-21, version 4.3.5* This is an incredibly difficult app to use. Tried to renew it for our complex pool this year and keep consistently getting “try again” messages. My husband was able to open it, but no luck for me and many others in my building. ### 1/5 — Very scammy company *2025-08-13, version 4.1.5* The app is mediocre. Our hoa implemented it and we had to constantly delete and redownload to get it to work. They finally went back to a manually sign in sheet. Then the company sends me an email bribing me with a fee t-shirt for a positive review. Another family’s passes are loaded onto my account, I have missing family members. No guest passes were loaded. The app crashes after each time you launch it.
