## What is PooLogger?

PooLogger records a moment the instant it happens. Open the app, press the button, and the event is saved with its time. That is the whole loop. There are no forms to fill and no fields to clear before the thing you wanted to capture is logged.

It started as a way to track when a pet poops. If you've ever cared for a 4-legged friend, you've probably wanted to keep a record of it. But this also works for a baby's diapers, or for anything about yourself you want timestamped in a log.

Private by construction
PooLogger has no networking code in it at all. Not disabled, not opt-in, absent. There is no account to create, no server to sync to, no analytics, and no ads. Everything you log stays on your phone and goes nowhere else. Turn on Airplane Mode and the app works exactly the same, because it never needed the network to begin with.

Track consistency on a 1 to 7 scale
Each log can carry a 1 to 7 value on the Bristol Stool Scale, a widely used way to describe stool form. A built-in graph plots those readings over time, so a hard stretch or a loose one shows up at a glance.

One subject or many
Give each pet, child, or person its own button, its own history, and its own graph. Scroll the full history any time, and edit or correct any entry after the fact, including its time.

Your data leaves only when you say so
Export any subject and date range to a CSV file through the standard iOS share sheet, ready for a spreadsheet or your vet.

Made to fit how you track
Rename the thing you are logging, switch its value between the 1 to 7 scale and free text, and pick the emoji that names the button.

PooLogger does one thing and asks for nothing. No sign-up, no subscription, no data leaving your phone. Log the moment and get on with your day.

PooLogger now works with Siri, Shortcuts, and Spotlight. Ask Siri to log an entry, speak a value on the 1 to 7 scale, or ask when the last entry was, without opening the app.

The same three actions appear in the Shortcuts app and in Spotlight search, so you can build logging into your own automations.

Everything still stays on your phone. No account, no cloud, no tracking.
