## What is PoolPilot Pro?

PoolPilot Pro gives small pool-service businesses a practical way to manage the day without a large, expensive back-office platform.

Solo owners can run their business free with local, offline-first data. Add customers, build routes, record water chemistry, attach service photos, and keep visit reports without creating a cloud account.

Use PoolPilot Pro to:

- Manage customers, contact details, access notes, and service plans
- Record pool, spa, sanitizer, surface, filter, pump, and equipment details
- Build recurring routes and launch addresses in Maps
- Move stops from Ready to En Route, Servicing, and Complete
- Log fast routine test-strip readings
- Record full diagnostic tests with calcium, salt, phosphates, temperature, findings, and follow-up
- Attach strip photos, diagnostic printouts, equipment issues, and proof of service
- Review permanent visit reports and chemistry history
- Import or export customer records
- Configure company branding and payment links
- Use PoolPilot Pro on iPhone and iPad

Team subscriptions add a secure shared company workspace, employee invitations, cross-device synchronization, and the owner web dashboard for Excel or CSV imports. A company subscription covers authorized users in the same business workspace.

Expanded invoicing and collection options. Businesses can configure Stripe, Square, PayPal & Venmo, ACH/bank transfer, Zelle, cash, check, an external card terminal, or another hosted payment link. Invoice payments now retain the collection method used.

PoolPilot Pro now lets owners add and edit their personal name separately from the company name. Owner-assigned routes, service reports, and activity updates now show the owner’s actual name instead of a generic “Owner” label.

You can now edit existing customer information, use an As Needed / No Fixed Day service schedule, and configure Stripe Payment Links for card or bank-account payments. Customer edits also stay synchronized with route details.

PoolPilot Pro now supports optional secure Team workspaces across devices, employee invitations, owner web-dashboard imports, routine strip and full diagnostic water tests, chemistry history, test-strip and printout photos, improved reports, Apple Maps routing, and refined iPhone and iPad layouts. Solo owners can still use the app free with local data and no seeded demo records.

This update adds a simple employee mode with invite-code tutorial, employee-only My Route and Customers tabs, owner-visible activity updates, Premium/Premium Plus StoreKit plans, tappable reports, daily strip testing, full LSI chemistry, spa/hot tub tracking, pool profiles, payment draft links, and company branding.
