SAFER CHEMICAL DOSING
Every dosing recommendation now carries a plain-language disclaimer on the recommendation card itself, so the limits of the guidance are visible at the moment you act on it.

Before the dosing panel opens, you confirm once per session that you have read it. Your confirmation, and whether you accepted or overrode each recommendation, is recorded against the visit - so there is an accurate record of what was advised and what was actually applied.

SAFER WATER CHEMISTRY
The dosing panel used to show "Water is in range" any time it had no answer to give, including when it could not reach the service at all. It now tells you plainly when a recommendation is unavailable, so you are never told the water is fine when we do not know.

MESSAGING
Customer text notifications now run on our new carrier, with STOP, HELP and START handled correctly.

ROUTES
Added a Navigate Full Route action from route planning.

APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING
Book and manage customer appointments from the customer detail screen, with a new date and time picker.

ROUTE PLANNING AND NAVIGATION
Interactive route map with a tappable stop list and full-screen zoom. Hand off to Apple Maps, Google Maps, or Waze. Traffic-aware routing, and a prompt to re-optimize the rest of your route after each visit.

WORKS WITHOUT A SIGNAL
Visits, readings, and photos are saved on the device and sync when you are back online. A sync indicator shows current state, and auto-sync can be toggled. Visits can be paused and resumed. No need to be connected to cell service to use the app and complete a maintenance visit. 

CUSTOMER MESSAGING
SMS with double opt-in for carrier compliance. Push notifications for job updates.

ALSO
Spanish localization pass, accessibility and contrast fixes throughout, and faster, clearer error handling.
