Multiple app crashes and bugs with the app. They try to blame my cell provider for the issues when no other app i use has this issue. Also, A bad cell signal won’t cause an app to crash all together. That sounds like poor app design. They most likely don’t want to upgrade their servers to accommodate for the different cell providers. A lot of times i will get random errors saying i have to no signal when i can clearly see i have almost full bars. You used to be able to sign in when you had no signal but I guess they removed that option for whatever reason. This app still hasn’t even been updated to fill the screens for the newer phones. It just has those ugly black bars on the top and bottom. I do not recommend this app if you’re going to be using for a business. We have multiple issues a day that they refuse to admit is on their side so they wont have to update or fix any of the issues they have. ### 1/5 — Horrible and getting worse *2019-01-17, version 2.3.1* Doesn’t allow my bosses Samsung to post notifications that I can see on my iPhone and if I’m in a low reception area forget about checking in and out efficiently. Gets worse by the day fix your app or I’ll recommend another to my boss. You deserve 0 stars ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — terrible app *2026-05-12, version 3.0.7* Always have problems on the app, a lot of time to sync the data in the app, please fix this ### 1/5 — Still awful *2026-02-17, version 3.0.7* Please, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, add an “Offline” capability that can be synced later without locking the app frozen with popups to inform me I have bad signal (I’m aware, thanks. Here every week). It also kinda makes no sense that it always needs to re-sync despite not letting you do anything if not constantly connected. Some news: not every pool route is in urban sprawl with cell towers on every other building. Also, even when everything has connectivity, constant “Updating Server Status” pop ups when simply reopening the app keep me tinkering with my phone instead of doing my job. Why do I need to “update pool pics” every GD time I reopen it? It’s as though the devs neither write software nor do pools, but thought they’d take a whack at both. It is horrible unintuitive and I hate that my company pays for this garbage. ### 1/5 — Slow, outages, unintuitive *2025-09-15* Frequent outages, seems to be running on servers in someone’s garage ### 1/5 — Junk app *2022-12-21, version 2.6.0* Rarely do I see an app this bad. Graphics from clipart, no logic to the layout, and UI is clunky at best. UX is absolute trash. As well as for my customers. This app gives great information about each pool being serviced, and gives an easy way to pull the information from reports. Great app. 5 stars. ### 5/5 — Pool pocket assistant *2024-06-27, version 3.0.3* Amazing app that makes your everyday route a breeze to keep organized. Track your pools daily progress with everything from chem readings to pictures of those crystal clear pools. Love not having to write anything down daily and the ability to go back to previous days to see what caused any changes. Would be great if there was a texting feature inside that app so the customer and tech could text back and forth and it would all be recorded on their profile. There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t want to smash my iPhone into pieces because of how slow this app is to do anything. It asks you questions every step of the way that just slows the process down even more. Lots of good features. If you have years of your life to give waiting for them to work. ### 2/5 — Good idea.
