About Poolware 

Poolware is a cloud-based solution designed for pool professionals.
 
Poolware consists of a pool water analysis module to assist with pool water testing, plus a powerful service scheduling module developed to help store managers organise their service team.

Connect your pool water testing photometer, send the results to Poolware, it will analyse the results and tell you which chemicals to recommend, the exact dosage, the order of addition and why. Its water analysis module cleverly takes into consideration multiple pool chemical interactions and its combined effect to provide more precise chemical dosage recommendations. 

There is the option of the addition of customer observations such as cloudy water, green pool and bather comfort to help staff with troubleshooting. Pool service staff are also in control of which chemical recommendations are printed on the water test sheet and remove what they believe is not necessary. 

A 360-degree view of customer’s services, water test activity, service history and installed pool equipment, allows the service team to deliver exceptional customer service.

- Customer database, that includes customer’s relevant details, complete pool profile that consists of all water test history.
