The app will not scan the QR code and when I use the camera to scan it an error pops up. I have yet much enjoyed using the Poooli printer and would like to continue to use it. Any suggestions would be appreciated! ### 3/5 — Can’t change template. *2025-04-30* I thought this would be a little bit more intuitive. I tried to use the templates, but it won’t let me change any of them. I have to create something new. The app however, I have continual trouble with. I am on the latest version and i’ve troubleshooted but still it will not allow me to log in or resign up. It often closes on its own too. It says they are sending a code that never arrives. Going in circles and unable to use the printer at all. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2025-08-22* They deleted ALL my saved templates. I will never forgive them. I hope they all feel the same misfortune I now feel. It’s always been buggy, but now every time I open it the screen freezes and I can’t click on anything. I try force closing the app, but it doesn’t change anything. This experience has taught me never to buy any electronic that requires an app to operate, because as soon as the app doesn't work you own nothing more than a paperweight. I’ve tried reaching out to Poooli directly, but they ignore all emails, customer service is horrible. I would give zero stars if it were possible. ### 1/5 — Haven’t even got mine yet *2023-07-06, version 3.1.3* I haven’t received my printer yet, but downloaded the app and when to sign up but keeps saying email address is wrong.. Um no it’s not. Pwd not being sent to my email. Can’t sign up with a new email. It’s impossible to use the printer. This is a $100 printer but it’s not working right even the way it prints (L2 ), it is never a 300 dpi. I hardly used it. Pls fix the bug asap and the printer work as it should be. Inkless? I have sent e-mails videos and more for months asking for a refund. Do not buy this product. It does not work. ### 1/5 — Can’t return printer; No privacy policy available for app. *2023-03-25* You have to actually upload your photos to this app for Poooli to print them. The app is made by developers whose privacy policy is only available on a non-translated Chinese website. Besides the bugs noted by other folks, this lack of transparency should be worrying. But if you had to open the box to read the instructions to get here… well, you’ve voided their return policy. It may say satisfaction guaranteed, but not with regards to actually using the printer or this awful app. If you are still just considering it, run far far away!
