## What is Poop&Pee?

Poop&Pee est un outil d’aide au diagnostic et à la prise en charge thérapeutique de l’incontinence chronique, d’origine rare ou non. Il s’agit d’un calendrier digital de suivi des selles et des urines couplé à un relevé de la prise d’aliments et de boissons par le patient. Ces informations sont envoyées au médecin référent qui peut assurer le suivi des données à distance. 

Pour ce faire, le patient saisit les données relatives à sa propreté (selles et urines) et à ses prises de repas (boissons et aliments) via l’application mobile ou web. Le médecin qui assure son suivi accède à ces données sous forme de graphiques via une plateforme web sécurisée.

Les objectifs de cet outil visent à affiner le diagnostic pour adopter la meilleure stratégie thérapeutique, assurer une meilleure prise en charge du patient sur la base d’un historique fiable et ainsi améliorer sa qualité de vie. 

Elle mise pour cela sur 3 aspects majeurs :

•	EDUQUER en incitant le patient à devenir acteur de sa santé 
•	FACILITER le recueil des données patient en s’affranchissant du calendrier papier
•	ANALYSER en personnalisant la présentation des données en fonction de la pathologie

L’application est proposée par la filière de santé maladies rares NeuroSphinx, structure publique qui coordonne les acteurs de la prise en charge des malformations pelviennes et médullaires rares avec atteintes sphinctériennes. NeuroSphinx est hébergée par l’hôpital Necker – Enfants malades.
