## What is Poop Tracker?

Get to know your gut, one entry at a time.

Track bowel movements, record symptoms, and see how your routines change over time. Your diary works offline, with encrypted storage on your device and no account to create.

MAKE TRACKING A DAILY HABIT
• Log bowel movements using the Bristol Stool Scale.
• Record comfort ratings, symptoms, notes, and personal tags.
• Log foods, medicines, and other factors separately to explore patterns over time.
• Find past entries with searchable history and a calendar view.

SEE YOUR ROUTINES MORE CLEARLY
• Review charts, trends, and summaries based on your own entries.
• Explore associations between recorded factors and how you feel.
• Set tracking goals, schedule reminders, and celebrate milestones.
• Export CSV data and create printable reports to support conversations with your healthcare professional.

KEEP CONTROL OF YOUR DIARY
• Your diary is stored encrypted on your device, without automatic uploads or cloud sync.
• Protect access with the biometric app lock.
• Create password-encrypted backups through Files to restore your diary or move it to another device.

All features are free. This version has no advertising.

Available in English, Spanish, German, and Ukrainian.

Upgrading from version 1.x starts a new local diary; earlier online and on-device tracking history is not imported. Updating from version 2.x keeps your existing local diary. Back up regularly; recovery requires an exported backup and its password.

This app supports personal tracking and awareness. Its summaries describe patterns in your records and do not establish causes, provide a diagnosis, or replace medical advice.
