Pressing this button will restore your premium entitlement. As for transferring your logs, you will need to export your log entries from your old install of the app, then import the zip file into the app on your new install. For privacy reasons we don't collect or store store any personally identifiable information, all data is kept on the device, so all backup and restore needs to be done on the device. Please email us if you require further assistance with these steps. ### 3/5 — Great Except Long ADs *2026-04-19* Really like this app I’m glad is back. The ADs can be inconveniently long. If you see any ads that are very long, or difficult to exit from, please email us a screenshot at our listed developer email and we'll block them immediately so they don't serve in the future. Hopefully this will improve the experience. ### 2/5 — Better on android *2026-03-07* I like the app much better on android as camera allows the use of flash unlike IPhone which I am currently using. **Developer response:** We've released a patch that will fix this issue and improve camera functionality in genera. Thanks for the feedback! ### 4/5 — Bug *2026-01-24, version 1.3.7* Great app but the meds module doesn't work as it doesn't let you enter medication names (even when you type a name, an error message says "a medication type must have a name"). ### 3/5 — Works but has no Export *2025-01-07, version 1.1.6* Tracking works fine. I had no problems with adding notes. Didn't try premium, so no idea about the medication tracking. The main reason I was interested in this app was the export function but that is "coming soon" (doesn't exist). Pretty disappointing. I have bowel issues, so this is a great way for me to log my bowel movements. I wish I could see statistical data on them, but when trying to pay for the premium feature it just crashes. ### 3/5 — Store crashes app *2020-07-30* The poop tracker works great! Unfortunately the app crashes whenever you go to the store to try and purchase the paid version. After being out for 2 years, I would have expected a higher quality app. There is also a bug: if you add a note to your entry, you can’t do anything afterwards - the keyboard gets stuck on the screen. ### 3/5 — App doesn’t compete with the Android version *2020-05-30, version 1.0.6* Used this app on Android and just made the switch, not being able to log a no poop day leaves the question whether you went, or just forgot to poop. Viewing the calendar only shows dots which is pointless for tracking how your movements are changing. ### 2/5 — Can’t write notes inside the app because then it stops working *2020-04-14, version 1.0.6* The app offers that we can write “notes” but when I try it doesn’t allow me click on next and finish the “report” anymore so that is useless. I think the app is good otherwise and would recommend it to people if they would fix that feature It would be also nice to be able to set reminders to fill in the data. Just a nudge so i don’t forget to use the app ### 4/5 — Good but not quite great! *2020-02-06, version 1.0.6* I paid for the upgrade and was disappointed by the quality of the diagrams under Analysis and the view in History — a bit more design work could go into rendering the information in a more useful way, as well as actually naming the Types as opposed to simply listing them numerically? Dunno. It’s very basic. The worst part is I wanted to upgrade so I could actually get the analysis to the information that I’ve put in but the store always glitches and I am unable to upgrade. I contacted the developer and they did nothing about it.Don’t waste your time with this one. **Developer response:** Sorry this issue went on for so long. We were unable to release new versions of the app for several years. We've just recently started working on it again and have released a patch that should fix the issue. I paid for the upgrade and I still can’t access. I have sent feedback and NO reply. My daughter has this app on her android phone and it is sooooo much better then this apple one. Which defeats the purpose of having a notes section. As long as I don’t want to leave notes, I am fine but that’s not what I need this app for. ### 1/5 — Can’t create a profile *2019-09-29* There is no way to create a profile so that I can access my info across all my devices. I just have a suggestion. *2026-04-19, version 1.4.1* Ive been using this app for just over a month now and it’s providing me with an exact history of my bowel movements which is very helpful for knowing when I might need to take some medication to help my gut move things along. The app itself is very simple and quick to use. My suggestion is that when you are setting up a new user profile and the app asks if you have any health conditions that affect your gut etc I would suggest adding a “limited mobility” option because myself and others who have limited mobility often struggle with gut and bowel issues due to the lack of movement. You already have an existence list of conditions so I was surprised to see that limited mobility wasn’t an option. You could even just add an “other” option that would allow users to type in their own conditions/circumstances that affect their gut and bowel habits/ health. I will absolutely keep using the app but the above suggestion is something I’d love to see in a future update.
