When I contacted customer care, they were unsure about the dispatch details, so I proceeded with the cancellation on 4th October. However, even today, 21th October, despite multiple follow-ups and daily calls, my refund request has been ignored several times, and I still haven’t received my refund. Their service is pathetic, unprofessional, and completely unreliable.
