### 5/5 — NOT just another AI Job app!

*2026-04-01*

11 minutes into using the app and I’m here to give it a five star review. Wow. Super easy to set-up, great filters so you can get really granular with your search, and it works. Worth the Pro subscription for sure!

### 5/5 — Best

*2026-03-27, version 1.3.4*

One of the best job application app.

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2026-03-24, version 1.3.2*

Interface is great and easy to use!

### 5/5 — Good for tech person

*2026-03-24, version 1.3.2*

Its a good AI job search platform & good for tech people

### 5/5 — Great intuitive app

*2026-03-20, version 1.3.1*

Love using the app. Super intuitive.

### 5/5 — Stop Blind Applying

*2026-03-14*

I got this app after seeing the developer post on LinkedIn. With the job market the way it is now I wasn't quite sure what to believe or expect. But after opening the app and setting up, I immediately saw jobs that, number one, I was interested in but also that only had 50 or fewer other applicants.

Two days after downloading and installing the app, I had two video assessments set up as well as a phone interview, I did this past week. That is compared to the zero interest I had in my applications for the previous month.

When I have had small issues, the developer has been very responsive and quickly resolved the issues.

Download with confidence. You can start with the free version and once you start seeing some results, you can get the paid version. I don't always like paying for apps. But one where I have seen proof of concept?

 Makes it so worth it.

### 5/5 — Love it

*2026-03-09, version 1.2.8*

I love this app, is like being in a matching app but for job. It is easy to use.

### 5/5 — I was skeptical at first…

*2026-03-04*

But then was quickly blown away by the quality of the jobs that were a solid fit for my background, skill set, and interests!

### 5/5 — Really helpful app

*2026-03-04*

I’ve been using Poozle for a couple months and seeing results. I started with the free tier and have recently moved to the paid tier.

When I have had issues they’ve been quick to respond, and fix them. It’s been really helpful tool in my search for a new role. I highly recommend trying it out.

### 5/5 — Great UI and parson

*2026-03-04, version 1.2.8*

Great UI and I love the way its able to seamlessly parse my resume. I don’t have to spend 30 minutes setting up my profile. Done in 2!

### 5/5 — The tool has great potential!

*2026-03-04*

Good job recommendations, automatic applications saves a lot of time. Although, recently posted job volume decreased after few days.

### 5/5 — Loving it so far

*2026-03-04*

Ok! Been waiting for a “swipe right” job app and finally! Well done. User experience is easy and smooth. No issues! Doing exactly what I wanted it to. Thanks!

### 5/5 — WW P

*2026-03-03, version 1.2.8*

Great functionality with AI powered job search customized to your experiences and skills after uploading resume plus submits resume instantly to selected jobs!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not at all useful

*2026-06-21*

This is completely useless. It is not doing what it says and it's not even clear what it does. First, you cannot see the requirements for a JD, only the general description. Second, nobody knows what happens when you click apply and where and to whom your application is sent. Third, you often get automatic emails to thank you for your initial job interview, when you never did one. Third, they tell you you are one of 50 applicants but this evidently limited to the app and not the the JD, so I don't really see the advantage.

### 1/5 — App doesn’t load & crash loop

*2026-04-11, version 1.4.3*

App doesn’t load & crash loop

### 1/5 — Sloppy and not great

*2026-04-05, version 1.3.6*

Clearly a vibe-coded app. Very awkward UI/UX and extremely buggy. Basically it’s pulling LinkedIn jobs that were recently posted and charging you $20 a month for the privilege and to be able to quick apply. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

### 1/5 — Needs polishing

*2026-03-17*

I feel I’ve wasted $20 on the app and no longer qualify for a refund. I’ve changed my filters multiple times but haven’t gotten any roles in over a week. The one day I did in that week, it was the same role for the same company about 30x. I can’t write a good review until there is progress. Of course, this was my experience. Thought there would be a breakthrough in my job search but not yet. We’ll see.

### 1/5 — Not fair

*2025-10-26, version 1.2.2*

We Nigerians aren’t allowed to use the app
It only works for the US

### 2/5 — Not worth it

*2026-03-04*

The app is good initially, but started giving me tons of irrelevant jobs later on. It’s not good at recommending you appropriate jobs based on your experience and preferences, or it simply doesn’t have enough jobs for you to apply to. Additionally, if you want to cancel your subscription, you have to do it from your Apple account as the option doesn’t work on the Poozle app. I tried reporting this to the customer service but received no response. It’s totally not worth $20 a month.

**Developer response:** Hey SherryZhiyu, thanks for the honest feedback, this is helpful.

We’re actually releasing a major update today that significantly improves our job matching so results better reflect your experience and preferences.

You also shouldn’t have had trouble cancelling. Subscriptions are managed through Apple (which is why cancellation happens through your Apple account), but our team is here to support if that is ever needed.

We appreciate you trying Poozle and hope you’ll give the new update another shot and potentially add some of those missing stars back :)

### 2/5 — Inaccurate

*2026-02-21, version 1.2.8*

I’ve only ever been an engineer in tech, so why am I getting job postings for being an RN at an IVF clinic? This needs serious work.

### 3/5 — Great interaction but poor outcome

*2026-01-27*

I love the user interaction on this app. Very simple, unlike LinkedIn or Indeed it ask to create a profile and then its one click apply.

It has few filters to customize your search.

It gives you fun insights into how many days you have been applying like a health app streak.

I have been using it for a a month at this point, after first week it stopped showing any relevant jobs that i am applying for.

Before starting to use, I thought this is a personal curated experience because I connected through LinkedIn network.

But its just easy to use app which doesn’t add that much value.
You are basically applying to jobs that are posted on LinkedIn etc. it showed jobs that are posted months ago, if you are paying for this app then this is very disappointing.

I even noticed that it showed wrong roles at certain companies while LinkedIn showed correct roles.

Using this app doesn’t promise a round of interview or a real connection with anyone from hiring teams.

To summarize,
You will pay for the service to apply to jobs that are already easily accessible from LinkedIn or other platforms, and you will get rejection email through the app’s email instead of the company thats the only difference.

Hope this helps creators to improve the application and users the realistic expectations.

### 4/5 — Efficient app, but needs more transparency

*2026-05-03*

I love the efficiency of this app and how quickly I can apply to multiple jobs. It is a huge time-saver! However, a few improvements would make it much more effective for serious applicants:

1.	Detailed Requirements: It would be great to see the specific tech stack or a "What we are looking for" section. This helps users judge if they are a good fit and clarifies visa sponsorship requirements.

2.	Advanced Filtering: Adding filters for experience level and visa status would prevent wasting time on roles that don't align with the applicant's background.

3.	Direct Links: Providing a link to the original job posting would offer more transparency. Right now, it feels like a "black box," and being able to verify the source would give users more confidence before applying.

### 4/5 — Great idea, could use updates

*2026-03-13, version 1.2.9*

I think it’s an awesome concept to be able to swipe for jobs easily. However here are my complaints:
Location: there’s no place to put a zip code or geographical area, so you’re shown jobs all over the country. The distance radius measurement means nothing.
Description: I don’t like how it gives the job descriptions but don’t list the qualifications. So you never know what you do or don’t meet of what they’re looking for.
Hoping future updates are optimized for a better job search experience.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great!

*2026-06-25*

This app really helped with reducing friction in applying for jobs! Also got responses sooner on next steps and there was good transparency. Would definitely continue using and looking forward to the enhancements that are up and coming

### 5/5 — Wonderful tool!

*2026-06-23*

Thanks to Eric Bruder for introducing the Poozle app! I have applied for more jobs this week than I have in the last 3 weeks! It’s easy to set up, provides good job matches, and you just click to apply or not. Bonuses-once you click, you’re done. Applicants are capped at 50! I get a “received” email for each job, so I’m not left wondering. Give it a try!

### 5/5 — Job search made easy

*2026-06-22*

I’ve been using Poozle for about two weeks now. I like how least it is to submit to job applications. The personalized confirmation email is always sent after the application which makes me feel good that my application went through. So far I’ve gotten two interviews from companies I probably wouldn’t have found on my own.

### 5/5 — Got a couple of 1st round interviews in 3 days after I started

*2026-06-10*

The platform is very intuitive to use, easy on the eyes and fantastic for time savings. Easily saves an hour for 20 applications. This one was much needed for the job seeker community and glad that Craig is solving this problem. It is also supplementary to LinkedIn and other platforms by directly sourcing the jobs from company websites and greenhouse. So the volume is automatically more.

### 5/5 — Job hunting tool

*2026-06-08*

I like the interface like tinder once the profile is registered. It's just swipe right if u want to apply and swife left if it's not your cup of tea.

### 5/5 — Game Changer

*2026-06-03*

This was so easy to set up, relevant jobs available immediately. Different to other automated job application platforms because the roles being presented are genuinely the right fit.

### 5/5 — Finds jobs I did not see elsewhere

*2026-05-14*

Makes it super easy to find jobs according to my filters and apply quickly.

### 5/5 — Great app and even better team

*2026-05-13*

Poozle has been a total game changer for my tech job search. The AI matching actually shows you relevant roles instead of random junk like other apps do. But honestly what surprised me most was the team. The Poozle people are super responsive and really nice to interact with. You can tell they actually care. Highly recommend if you are in tech and looking for a better way to job hunt!

### 5/5 — Great App

*2026-04-09, version 1.4.0*

This app is really helping me in getting interviews.

### 5/5 — I like it!

*2026-04-05, version 1.3.6*

Process was simple to get started and very easy to use!
