Doesn’t seem like this is a security feature though as you can come and go as much you please until it then logs you out permanently. Good other than that **Developer response:** Hi there! Please send more details to feedback@brighthr.com Kind Regards BrightHR ### 1/5 — Very slow *2022-10-25* The app is constantly crashing (I got a IPhone 13 so it shouldn’t crashing all the time) I need re-install the app every day because it doesn’t work … Useless… My employees don’t know every time how to put the mileage because the app every time changes the numbers of the mileage… so it’s a nightmare and at the end I need to do the expenses manually as always . Also I cannot see my text as I am writing this review. I submitted the issue but never heard back. My staff need to go on google separately and map out where they are going then manually punch I. It often happens to me as I’m going back to put in mileages etc for past dates, but I forget to add the right date at the time. Edit: Appreciate the response, but there isn’t an option for edit. I’m not sure if it’s because I use it on phone and not on desktop as it seems to be an issue through out Bright HR. The easiest to use the software seems to be on desktop computer and not on a smartphone or laptop like a lot of people would prefer to- me included. It’s a good job my partner insisted on getting a desktop computer as it’s been what I’ve had to use for working on bright hr software. That bad you can’t read it. I’m uploading it on quite a new iPhone so I don’t think it’s my camera? **Developer response:** Hi Ross, we think we might've fixed this issue. The company pays me in their time to do it, which means you are costing them money every it freezes, locks up, and I have to delete and re-install because of the constant spinning wheel!
