When I reported this to customer services I got a snotty response saying “we’ve not heard anyone else complaining about this” apparently they don’t want customers and don’t care that it’s physically impossible for you to actually purchase anything from them unless you use a laptop 🙄 Beyond frustrating, please fix app, website and your customer service 👍 ### 1/5 — Update *2024-08-28, version 1.7* Hi I’ve seen some really good reviews of this app but I have hit an unfortunate problem, when I try to enter the app it tells me I need to update it, it then takes me to the App Store in order to update it. However the App Store tells me that it’s all up to date and I have tried to refresh it and still nothing.I really hope this changes otherwise I would be incredibly disappointed and frustrated.
