Paid for a subscription and it constantly ask to sign up for a subscription and can not even use the app.

Приобрела подписку за 500 рублей, чтобы появился полный контент, я так понимаю должны были появиться буквы, и исчезнуть реклама, но ничего не изменилось, деньги на ветер! Куда обратиться, чтобы вернули деньги?

I tried looking at the website to see if this was something I can trouble shoot but didn’t find anything. I can’t get rid of the ads and it’s very frustrating for my toddlers. Plz help
