At the time of ordering, it clearly stated that the item was in a local warehouse with a delivery timeframe of 2–7 days. However, the order has been stuck on “processing” for an extended period, far beyond what was promised. When it finally shipped, it was handled by Team Global Express, and the delivery process has been extremely frustrating. The parcel seemed to be repeatedly reprocessed or redirected, causing unnecessary delays. To make matters worse, it’s very difficult to find any reliable contact information for support. Overall, the experience has been inconvenient and far from the expectations set during purchase. I had previously earned a $30 campaign credit, but they are only offering to refund what I paid and are refusing to give me back the $30 campaign credit I had earned. They haven’t offered me anything in return. They just keep blaming the logistics company, which is honestly crazy because even if the logistics company caused the issue, they are still the company that chose that logistics provider. They should be responsible for making sure I receive everything I was entitled to at the time of purchase. This is honestly terrible customer service. They took my money, failed to deliver my order because of their logistics arrangements, and are now refusing to give me back even the benefit I was originally entitled to. I’ve had to spend so much time and energy dealing with this, and it has caused me so much unnecessary stress. It has been over a week since I first reported this issue, and I’m still arguing with them about it. They simply do not seem to understand what I’m asking for or why this is unfair. ### 1/5 — Hang! *2026-07-13, version 5.1.1* This new update apps couldn’t log out and it was hang! ### 1/5 — Reasons not to use this app. *2026-06-27, version 4.7.4* The shipping fee is Php 400, shipping fee in shopee or Lazada is usually free (and the sf for Pop Now is different from the main pop mart store so you have to pay Php 800 if you order from both stores - even if both stores are under this app). It’s easier to track your orders and request for refund if you order from shopee and lazada. SHIPPING IS SO SLOW (my order is now 4 days delayed past its shipping date, and its not even processed yet), again shopee and Lazada is much faster. I only use this app for points but the member rewards is ALWAYS out of stock, so points are becoming useless.
