I’ve ended up order something that I’ve saw at first rather than something else that available at the other side of the menu 😂😂 ### 3/5 — Should have a 5 minute window to cancel order *2023-02-28, version 64.7.1* If I accidentally made an order, and I can't cancel it even when I haven't made a payment, then I'm basically forced to pay for it. I feel like customers should be allowed to cancel the order if they haven't pay yet and within a reasonable time frame after the order is made. ### 2/5 — Useless customer service *2022-12-12, version 64.5.2* Reported an issue regarding their membership for twice but no respond at all. I paid for their membership for a month but cancelled halfway to avoid it to automatically continue, however, the membership didn’t continue until the one month cycle ends. But no search bar means you're forced to scroll 🤦🏼‍♀️ They also took out a lot of food options even though they've recently added more to their menu this year. However, after 3 months, i have yet to receive any response from then nor my refund. I’ve had multiple bad encounters with their service before, in which i’m willing to let slide, regardless of the overpriced but mediocre food and service this company provides. I had one experience with uncooked chicken for nasi ayam masak lomak. I got the default taro drink instead of the floats. Overall, a problematic branch even though I had constantly keep in touch with the workers here regarding bad service. I do not recommend to order for delivery from METRO KAJANG. It took ages as I ordered at 1pm and still haven't gotten it at 1:51pm currently typing this. Heres the thing, i was trying to do a review of POPMEALS in my social media, i have like 10k followers in my instagram. Heres the thing, the order has been delivered but i didn't receive any calls from the driver, and the driver lied to the guard and said that he had called me, and insists of putting the order on the guard's table and leave. Thats not all, the driver simply putting my food on the table, and the drink is lying down on the table, fortunately it didnt split on the table. So the point is i want to complain about the driver matter. This is about the service attitude, please give me an explanation about it Secondly, i cant be able to submit the support form in the app, it keep loading and loading and loading, and tells that something went wrong, dats why im uploading here and telling about it. I made a mistake in placing the order and had to cancel the order. I have placed the order by paying online. I have been waiting for 2 weeks straight, still no message about the refund. During that period as well, I have complained to their email but still no response. I'm so disappointed that I didn't get my rights back. However, the kitchen was stuck on preparing food for the next 3 hours, and the ETA time stuck on 24 minutes for the same amount of time. I complained to customer support and explained my issue, and they all gave me the same reason 'Kitchen had an emergency'. and explained it in a condescendingly rude manner, like i should be expected to wait. No refunds, couldn't order other food. No compensation for the wait time. Only sheer disappointment in this app. I remember when it used to be good, now, just save your time and order your food on Grab, albeit a little more expensive. A poor competitor with poor service and ZERO respect towards customers. ### 1/5 — Regression *2022-03-25, version 64.2.1* I’ve been a loyal customer since 2019 (when it was known as Dahmakan) and i’ve only ever been angry at this app since 2021. With every passing update the app is infuriating to use, it takes a lot of time to place an order due to how laggy it is (should have an egg timer beside me every time i try to place an order). What was the point of the recurring updates if the app gets progressively worse. Pricing doesn’t reflect the quality and taste of the food. Really hope Pop Meals gets better, i’ve really lost my patience. When I chat with customer service they can’t call the rider, and they will send me new food and I need to wait another 20min. Luckily there was dahmakan, at some point I wanted a change from grab food and food panda offerings. I’m glad such product exist, I get to plan my meals in advance. For rm10 to rm20, the quality of food is great with the prime package. Best of all the delivery is 95% on time.
