Slots since day one used to be fun and enjoyable now it takes your money and knows you’ll buy more logs you out all the time makes you log back in. Takes your money when the spins don’t count it’s unbelievable. They let you win high at the beginning and then they slow down your extra earnings. For example, you start to play on small/mid bets you get balloons for cards and coins, then once you rise your bet the only balloons you get is for XP. I participated in even to get rare cards, with rised bets I should get higher cards and I got NONE. After complaining to their customer service they only advise to restart the game, like it will fix the issues 🤣🤣🤣 spent MORE THAN 50 TRILLION coins in 2 days, went 200 levels up with XP balloons… So grateful for it loool. No mini pops no cards nothing, but they are generous with xp balloons as it does not benefit you in ANY way. Keep it up. Over time I have experienced glitches during play that add up to millions in lost points. Between the endless spins that error out and the disconnects it’s easy to lose millions in points quickly . The only fix seems to be exiting and returning and hoping that it doesn’t happen again. The platform encourages users to buy chips and products to bet more. Over time it seems like the algorithm sets you up to lose so that you might purchase additional items. Since my intent was for entertainment I don’t really care to get hooked into the constant need to have more chips. They will not have your back. They do not care that you’ve spent money with them. I have played this game for years my first problem. Their amp was acting up and down. I lost my 500 day login streak they told me to screw off. And here recently, I tried to change the bet and because it is right next to the max bet I pressed it. Spun $120 billion lost every bit of it. Why the max bet button is right next to the bed button makes no sense to me. Not only does the site try to sell you something constantly, but there is a more insidious way the game tries to separate you from your credits. The game is constantly trying to move you to a room where there are more players. When you do move, your bet is reset to the maximum and the hope you don’t notice it for a while. Also, when you play one of their multi-game tournaments, your bet gets reset to the maximum. After having played for years,and having amassed a “fortune “ in credits of over 7 trillion, one night I was playing a multi-game tournament, I got moved to a new game and they (unbeknownst to me) reset my bet from 2.5 billion to 250 billion. By the time I noticed, I had lost over 5 trillion credits! Customer Service won’t do anything to rectify it. All they want is your money.
