There was no obvious indication during signup that I was enrolling in a recurring payment, which already raises concerns about transparency. The biggest issue, however, is the cancellation process. Unlike most legitimate services that allow you to cancel directly in your account settings, this platform makes it unnecessarily complicated. I was instructed to: Fill out an external “unsubscribe questionnaire” form Log into a separate site Navigate through multiple hidden menus just to find the cancellation option This kind of process feels intentionally designed to discourage users from canceling. A trustworthy service should offer a simple, clearly visible “Cancel Subscription” button—not send users through hoops and third-party forms. On top of that, there’s confusion about account access. If you don’t remember exactly how you signed up or which email was used, you may not even be able to locate your subscription easily. That’s a major flaw in user experience and billing accountability. Overall, this service gives the impression of prioritizing revenue over user trust. You’re pushed through multiple steps, including external forms, just to find the option (which as of writing this I still haven’t been able to cancel). Support is worse. I was charged for a full year of a service I didn’t use once, reached out immediately, and was told: “sorry, we can’t refund.” Hard to cancel, no accountability on billing. I’ve been a Pro subscriber for over a year now to PopAi, as well as many others in this space. Every startup is going to have its limitations and growing pains, but PopAi manages to stay competitive and has introduced several innovative products and tools that are next to none in some cases. That said, PopAI has a Swiss Army Knife approach: if it can be written, then PopAi has an AI solution. Advanced or Beginner, PopAI will probably emerge as one of the elite all-inclusive AI platforms in years to come. If you are having issues learning or adapting, refer to their “Resources” tab on the user-interface. **Developer response:** We’re very glad to hear that your login issue has been perfectly resolved. As for the token usage under the Pro plan, this feature is still in its early rollout phase, and we’re currently limited by costs (though the overall subscription remains quite affordable).
