The products sold by POPFLEX are designed well and are crafted with quality materials. POPFLEX utilizes an array models with the various sizes, representative of the bodies that will wear the clothes in the real world. This is the first clothing brand that has made me confident in what I wear. I feel soft and feminine versus feeling boxy and shapeless in other brands. Even down to the packaging is intentional. Tags are clipped on with safety pins as not to ruin the fabric or stitching like other brands do. Packing is biodegradable as well. The clothes are strong and durable. The designs are innovative and she’s even asks her customers their opinions as well. Also I love the flexidollar rewards! Just bought a shrug that’s $40 for $14!! Overall i recommend anyone to give them a try. It’d be great if you had a feature to sort reviews. ### 3/5 — Small but crucial tweak needed *2026-02-18, version 3.1* I love Popflex and regularly browse on my iPad (app), iPhone (app) and web browser. I sign into my account each time. When I put something into my cart on one device, it doesn’t transfer to another device (yes I’m logged in on both). It’s very frustrating. Honestly, I’d probably buy more if I could easily pick up where I left off across another device. Additionally, I’d love to see the app optimized for iPad usage. Right now, it’s just the iPhone version (appears tiny) on my screen. I end up using the web browser instead because it’s just too small. ### 3/5 — Good start *2025-09-07, version 1.9* It’s a smooth app but some of the finer details need attention. When you use filters, to find things in-stock in your size, if you specify a color, if the color is available in any size it still shows it even if it’s not available in your size. So not all the filters and working with an “and” function, they’re an “or” function. Like, if I want to look at tops that are available in “L and green” it will show green tops, but not all of them are available in L. The favorites page could also use improvement. There is no way to distinguish between what we already own and what we want to buy. If this could be made into two categories that would be great. Something that would be a bit more complicated but amazing if it could work, would be letting us put in our measurements in our profile (height, inseam, waist, hips, under-bust, bust, girth, arm-length) and then have the app recommend what size to get based of the type of garment and fit we want. However, living in Canada, paying for a single item that then needs an additional 50% of the price dedicated to shipping is too much to justify placing an order. ### 4/5 — LOVE THE APP (but needs two major improvements) *2025-06-16* Love the convenience of the app but I have two things that I think could be improved to really help advance that app. • when picking the size and color you want, you should be able to see all the options that are available in that size and color, and all the other options that are not available crossed out - this could help with some people become confused on what’s available in their size and what’s not • having customer service be available through the app and not have to go from the app to the website - this just makes it easier to navigate and less confusing for consumers, for having to go from website to check my order # or how long I have before my return date, is truly time consuming when I have the app which has the power to do all of that. I’ve collected a number of items in Black, Bubblegum, Nordic Blue, Ruby, and Fleur de Amour. I have loved absolutely everything i have bought and I’m the most impressed by the fabric! It’s so buttery soft and unlike every other gym fabric you’ve ever worn. It’s sweat proof, even in light colors which blows my mind, and it’s durable between a large variety of sports and activities. I get compliments constantly, and you could too. They definitely confirmed everything! The quality it’s great, the order processing and delivery was on point every single time.
