Buy the museum audio guide. *2026-05-07, version 10.18.5* We paid quite a bit of money for tickets and access to this guide to the Prado museum. When we got it. It was really hard to figure out where things were and the numbers did not match the numbers in the museum. Beside it only had a few paintings and the descriptions were short and vague. Could not load the ap with the link provided on the confirmation email. It wants you to sign in and create a pass…for a one time tour? Others in our group got the app to work but the audio was off and not synced to the actual exhibit. Extremely disappointed. Not worth the hassle. Also, those of us with time slot prepaid tickets waited in line while others just purchased tickets and walked in. Be aware the guided tour is this app and they are reading a script. Tickets are substantially more money than if you went directed through the website. Their customer service is non-existent. The QR code on the ticket only allowed a single user to access the data. How bad is that when you are a group leader!
