App doesn’t work properly
Love the brand, love the fit, love the offerings. Do NOT love the app. When you open reviews to view user uploaded photos, you can’t close the review and there’s no “back” button. I see an “X” like you’re supposed to be able to close the picture/review, but it’s grayed out and non-functional. So you have to do a full close and fully close the app, then re-open it, then go back into the menu to look at the category you were previously viewing. Which is frustrating, after 2 or 3 times of doing that- now you’ve lost a sale because I’m annoyed and it shouldn’t take that long to just browse your products- us online app users rely on reviews to help us make our purchases. I’ll stick to Amazon, I guess.

Hassle-Free Return My A**
Returning an item because it did not fit has been an absolute nightmare. First, this company would not refund my money, but instead gave me $100 credit to the store and I could keep the dress that doesn’t fit. I ordered another dress and a bathing suit 8 WEEKS AGO! Today, the bathing suit arrived but my dress didn’t! I have emailed support FOUR TIMES and have yet to receive a response. The clothes are cute, but not worth the headache and being ripped off. Do yourself a favor, and don’t buy anything unless you are 100% sure it will fit. They advertise “Hassle-Free Returns,” but that is not true. Returns are Hassle-Full.

Website is better than the app
The app doesn’t have size guides like the website and I’m unable to view the reviews on items in the app.
Not very good
Doesn’t allow you to go back. The app doesn’t work well at all.
App experience terrible
After trying again and again I’ve finally decided to delete the app. It’s gave me a headache just trying to return something I’ve ordered to small. Don’t get me wrong I love what I ordered I just simply like to return it for the right size. Please fix this so I can continue to do business. As a first time customer I’m trying to be optimistic.
