Weird. ### 2/5 — Not the best for the price *2025-02-08, version 2.65* App was hard to manage at first and takes some work to resize images for them to even fit. Worked for two days on the invitations for the subscription I bought not to even work, had to contact customer support (through email) and they fixed it within 12 hours. Such a pain! I’ll find another app to send out invitations before our next planned party. It was a very seamless, intuitive process. Made planning my event, gathering RSVPs and sending messages to guests super easy and the overall design of the invitation templates are beautiful. I will be looking for another app to use! Doesn give me The option of signing up. Sign in says “action couldn’t be processed. Please try again later.” Somehow got to a page that shows examples of invites. Each recipient had a different experience of garbage. ### 1/5 — 2025 Premium Price Increase :( *2025-01-03, version 2.61* As a repeat Poply user with 1-2 events a year, I’m very disappointed in the increase in individual event price and invitation caps. The cost doubled from 14.99 to 29.95 while adding a cap on how many people can be invited (unlimited to 30). To get 150 guests, you need to pay $49.95 and to get unlimited events for the year it’s $99. I simply don’t have enough events to justify $99 a year but often invite more than 30 people when I do. This is so sad for someone who enjoyed creating an event, big or small, at $14.99 per event. Poply should look into loyalty points of prior customers and increase the guest cap if prices are increasing as well. Nothing else has been changed with the app so what am I actually paying extra for? ### 1/5 — Unsure if this is worth it. *2024-02-14, version 2.42* So you can’t edit the invite or add any text. It’s frustrating that you can’t see real previews for their limited catalog with downloading the app. Unfortunately it looks like I’ll need to delete this. ### 1/5 — terrible pointless app. *2022-06-26, version 2.17* - only has 4 templates 😂😂 - premium subscription does nothing but give you unlimited invites and you can see the rsvp’s (you can do this FOR FREE USING e-bite) - double charge payments then tell you to speak to apple - when double charged, they will refund you for the extra charge but they will also cancel the service 😂😂😂😂😂 this is app is a joke ### 1/5 — Not user friendly *2022-03-15, version 2.13* This application is not user friendly. My invitation keeps disappearing, there is no way to delete a guest and there is no way to keep track of RSVP or to send reminders unless to all guests including the ones that declined. ### 1/5 — Can’t verify email *2021-08-14, version 2.0.4* Link to verify email doesn’t work.
