I also accidentally purchased the subscription and it charged my card directly, not through the App Store. So cancelling the subscription seems to be impossible! Habe schon andere Apps dieser Art gehabt und nie diese Probleme gehabt. I have deleted the app multiple times reset the phone.. emailed that I have any problem and not heard anything back. Very upset. Unable to load any videos, which means you want watch anything. It just shows the scene and loading circle. I reported the incident and asked cancellation and a refund. There is not clear way to cancel the subscription in the app and it doesn’t appear in the apple subscriptions I have requested cancellation multiple times and instead of canceling the support keeps asking me if I want to cancel . I had to block PopoVibe through my Pau card to prevent future charges. Think 100 times before subscribing. After watching couple episodes, I found out all the story line are similar and boring. When I want to cancel the subscription, it’s very hard to find the option. I was not able to delete account either. After I was charged the auto renewal, I finally got cancelled. I contacted the customer service, they declined my refund request. It’s a scam that this app hide the cancellation option make people to pay auto renew. I paid $40 just to watch a drama.
