## What is PopPrice?

PopPrice is quoting built for balloon artists — price the job before you've packed the car.

WHY POPPRICE
Every line on a PopPrice quote shows its math: 12 ft × $22.00/ft, not just a total. So you catch a mistake before your client does.

PRICE HOW YOU ACTUALLY PRICE
• Per linear foot, square foot, hour, mile, each, flat rate, or a percentage fee
• Chrome and specialty colors carry their own surcharge, applied automatically
• Pick real colors from Sempertex, Tuftex, and Kalisan charts — search by name or product code
• Discount by a flat amount or a percentage — and a percentage can leave travel at full price

GET PAID BY CARD
• Add your Stripe payment link in Settings once
• Any quote can carry a pay-by-card link for the deposit or the full total, with a QR code on the PDF
• PopPrice never touches the card and takes no cut — you pay only Stripe's usual card fee

QUOTES THAT DON'T CHANGE UNDER YOU
Raise your rates in September, and the quote you sent in August stays exactly as your client agreed to it. Each line keeps its own copy of the price.

SEND IT YOUR WAY
• Share as a PDF on your own letterhead, or plain text for a quick message
• Show full itemized pricing, or just the total and deposit — your choice
• Deposit due to book is calculated and called out separately

ON EVERY DEVICE
Your rate card, colors, and quotes sync through your own iCloud account. No accounts, no analytics, no tracking — there's nowhere else for your data to go.

BUILT TO NOT LOSE YOUR WORK
Automatic backups before anything that changes how your data is stored, and you can restore one yourself in Settings.

PopPrice is free to try for 7 days, then $1.99/month. Cancel any time — your quotes stay yours, readable and sendable, even if you do.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.1.1 — 2026-09-29

• Fixed: PopPrice now shows up in search for balloon-related terms.
• Get paid by card: add your Stripe payment link in Settings, and any quote can carry a pay link and a QR code for the deposit or the full total.
• Percentage discounts, with the option to leave travel at full price.
• Fixed: swiping left on a quote shows Delete again.
• Enjoying PopPrice? You can now rate it from Settings.

### 1.1 — 2026-09-28

Get paid faster
Add your payment link once and every quote you send can carry a card payment
link and a QR code, for the deposit or the full total. Your client taps and
pays — they don't need the app. Works with a free Stripe account, and PopPrice
never handles card details itself.

Discounts that match how you actually quote
Take a flat amount off, or a percentage. If it's a percentage, choose whether it
comes off everything or off everything except travel — so coming down on the
decor doesn't cost you the drive.

Also fixed
Swipe left on a quote to delete it.

### 1.0 — 2026-08-13
