I am not the greatest about remembering to get a card in the mail, but with poppynotes I can send a beautiful, customized notes to anywhere in less than a minute! So easy to use and a huge selection of designs to choose from. I use it for birthdays, holidays, get well, thinking of you, thank you and invites. **Developer response:** Yay! My friends and I call it a moment of pure joy and look forward to seeing them each time we get one. I love the variety of the designs. It makes sending a note that much more special. What do I mean, in terms of cards? Go ahead - sign up. Then, tap the 'use without signing in'option (i.e., you're not giving them something very valuable; your email address). Now, send someone - anyone - a card - I'll wait. Having a hard time trying to find ANY card which you can send? How about try sending a general, 'thinking of you' type. No? Can't do it? How about 'get well'? Nope? Still no luck. If I was holding my breath while you tried to find ANY (single!) card to send, just so you'd find out how simple/hard it is to use this thing, or what kind of a reception the e-card got from the recipient(and, if it even arrived in a place which is easy to access), I'd have turned colour long ago. No; I'm NOT trying to use this thing for free, I AM saying there's other e-card apps which DON'T make trying their app out as ridiculous. (To the makers of this; I'm not going to read any reply - there's always so plastic; 'sorry to hear you didn't find...' ugh - the ONE thing you can/SHOULD'VE done is enable trying this thing out in the real world straight-forward from the get-go). **Developer response:** I’m truly sorry to hear that your experience with poppynotes didn’t meet your expectations. While I understand you’re not planning to read any replies, I still want to acknowledge your feedback sincerely. We completely agree that trying out an app should feel simple and straightforward. That’s one of our main goals with poppynotes — to make it easy and fun to send thoughtful messages, without unnecessary steps or barriers. Just to clarify: poppynotes does not require users to provide an email address to use the app. There’s an option to join our email list if you'd like to receive occasional newsletter updates, but it’s entirely optional and not needed to access or explore the app. The app includes a rotating selection of free cards in our “welcome pack” that can be used without a subscription. We're sorry if this wasn’t clear or easy to find during your experience. We update the selection regularly to give free users a chance to enjoy different designs and get a feel for how the app works. We also offer a one-week free trial when you choose to start a subscription, giving you full access to all cards and features so you can explore everything the app has to offer before committing. We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective. Wishing you all the best. ### 3/5 — Glitch? *2024-06-16* I signed up for the trial, tried to save my card and it said i need to subscribe or do the trial. I received confirmation in my email as well. Seems like a good app but no good if I’m being told to do again what I already did. **Developer response:** Thank you very much for letting us know and I am so sorry you experienced that problem. That is frustrating for sure. We had an update done recently that should have remedied that, however we want to make sure you are not experiencing this issue further. To insure you are getting the most up to date version of the app I recommend you do a clean install of poppynotes (deleting the current version on your phone and redownloading it from the App Store). I love that they keep adding more designs, and hope for more Spanish designs so I can send them to my Colombian friends!
