I spent almost two hours just loading my photos and had to stop because my phone ran out of battery! I could only load in groups of 6, and when I’m looking to load over 100 photos, that’s a lot of wasted timing waiting for the groups to upload. So, as it stands at the time of writing this (19th August 2026), I haven’t actually completed the process of either loading, or buying my first photo book! Perhaps change the advert to reflect the actual uploading time which is probably closer to an hour… ### 3/5 — Make it easier *2026-08-18, version 9.13.0* I'm a senior and it's not easy to replace and add. Hopefully it'll be easier. And the add-on charges easily add up which is frustrating esp if purchasing on a budget. Very expensive ### 2/5 — Weirdly challenging App *2026-08-09* This is actually a ridiculous photo app. What should be simple is so complicated! Seems good at the surface, but then constantly freezing, not easily customizable and not intuitive at all. You should be able to design your photo books easily and intuitively without fighting the software, and we completely understand why you prefer traditional online photo sites like Snapfish after this experience. Performance stability and smooth, flexible editing are top priorities for us, and hearing that our app froze repeatedly and felt unintuitive shows we fell well short of the mark. My problems were: 1. I was very careful in selecting my pictures in the order I wanted them printed in the book. This did not happen & I had to try & reorganise 80+ pictures. & 2. I think it would have been useful if I could have changed the order of the pages as well as the individual pictures. This would have saved me going up & down the full book for each picture instead of just switching the whole page. Apart from these issues it was very easy to add more pictures & navigate through the app. I would suggest that you add ordered groups of pictures in manageable bundles. We also hear you loud and clear on page management—having to move photos individually across an entire book instead of simply dragging and swapping full pages adds unnecessary friction to the design process. For next time, you can rearrange your pages in the Pages tab :D. Your suggestion about adding ordered groups of pictures in manageable bundles is brilliant! Happy creating! ### 2/5 — Better options available *2026-08-08, version 9.12.0* I had some good experiences with Popsa but then I had a book that was terrible. Popsa were completely unhelpful. The issues were never sorted. I will not use them again. ### 5/5 — My album *2026-08-06, version 9.11.0* So easy to do and you have no time outs so can take your time getting it right. Looking forward to it arriving. However, add ons and expensive postage make this a super expensive product. Much better value photobooks to be had elsewhere. ### 1/5 — Use a different app *2026-08-19, version 9.13.0* While the customer service is very good. In the time it’s taken for my order to be cancelled, remade and reordered, the photos to upload via the app and the app try to create the product. I made and created 2 other books using another a different app very easily. The photo book looked fine until after I had paid then it just wouldn’t upload my photos from my phone. This happened twice. Not very good and errors aren’t clear until after the order has gone through. I won’t be using again, only persevering as I have already paid for the product. ### 1/5 — Cuts off half the photo *2026-08-16, version 9.13.0* The app has pre determined layouts which means it will chop off parts of your photos to fit these. It also can’t even put the book in order - it mixes them up so if you’re showing specific days/events, it won’t necessarily auto generate that - really frustrating and time consuming. The app was problematic and trying to get help from customer service was excruciatingly frustrating and ultimately useless. It also took DAYS to get replies. Wasted hours and hours of my time. The discount I was offered via email expired because of customer service delays, so in the end it was way more expensive than other options. We had our first baby and I wanted to have these books to document the first year of our family. I ordered five books total and they are all beautifully done. Shipping took maybe closer to two weeks but considering there were five photo books, I know photographers or other services like Blacks take forever to get your stuff. Without a coupon code it’s pricey so that’s why I hadn’t ordered until now but I got a code that was 50% off which made it really worth it. They are a bit pricey but totally worth it. It’s something you can have forever… and it’s really good quality. I had ordered five large books, but I didn’t realize I chose three large landscape and two large square so I had reached out to customer support to be like why are two of my books smaller when I had ordered large for all five. The representative on the chat explained that the two that were smaller were just a different format of large. I had said I can see now it’s my fault, but they still offered me a promo code that I have 2 1/2 months to use to use towards my next order, even though this was a case of me not reading the website clearly enough. I am so impressed with how they handled this situation. The quality is amazing. The books are beautiful. Customer service is very reliable.
