I sent numerous emails and even sent message via facebook to contact the support team about unauthorised transactions to my card - not one but three deductions when I did not even subscribe to any plans recently. I used to subscribe but I opt for the basic free plan for quite a while and suddenly recently 3 deductions made unknowingly. No response at all and cant even get through the support line number! Song requests not bothered. *2025-01-09, version 2.2.1* Recently found out a lot of songs have disappeared. Lots of songs we used to sing are no longer available. Their song request feature has been inactive for a while. They no longer make songs available upon request submission. Then, after multiple complaints via fb chat they still don’t seem to bother to fix the issue of hang/crash whenever I do a search. I found out by my own trial & error that it’s the autocorrection feature on iOS that triggers it. I feedback it to them and months later they still haven’t fixed it. ### 1/5 — Super laggy app *2024-12-08, version 2.2.0* Incredibly unreliable and laggy app. Keeps crashing every single time you want to search a song. App keeps on hanging and goes back to home screen by it self and refresh, despite refreshing and re installing, the app keeps hanging. 2. Songs released by singers and groups around a 1month ago weren’t even uploaded onto Popsical. Even worse, 5 months ago too. Some groups that debuted months ago are not on Popsical. Their songs too! 3. After finishing a song, there is suppose to be a score out of 100. It used to score us reasonably but now, it does not even bother to score us. All it gives is 1. Popsical’s service is really inconsistent . Can’t believe not even an oldie can lagged till error was found or sing 2 sentences then frozen again for the whole song. Tried on both phone hotspot and home internet. Utterly disappointing as it not a free service!
