I have been there for 4 years and it still takes 5 days for a check to clear …. Every other bank o have usually next day:…. Not so good customer service…. In the bank is different people there are very helpful and cheerful the bank is nice everything else is bad

It is frustrating that the app just doesnt work. Logging using a browser is alot easier than with this app.

Need quicker login and touch id like other bank app does also the company id should be saved I hate to login every time using the app because is to much detail to enter.

This application has 3 different steps to log in all the time so it makes it complicated when trying to log in getting confuse with the accompany if and user I'd... which the user is the same for everyone so how secure is that.. when trying to do 1 time text I never receive the text and when I try to receive a call, the number providing is not recognized by the automatic operator gggggrrrrrrrrr

I’m grateful to have the app available.  Touch ID login is needed. Also allow customer to find account info in app (routing & account numbers).

With Face ID I’m able to see my finances with the bank even before I get out of bed and can execute transactions right through the app without the need of a PC or laptop.
