Rooted in Hong Kong for over 7 decades, POPULAR is committed to provide top quality educational services to students in Hong Kong. The Group manages business ranging from education and publishing, to learning centre operations and related retail services.

In 2013, the Group established EduSmart Company Limited, which was rebranded as Popular Learning Centre in 2020. Positioned as an expert in the Hong Kong education system, Popular Learning Centre offers Chinese, English, and Mathematics courses tailored to the local primary and kindergarten curricula.

In 2026, Jumpstart Learning Centre was established as a specialist in local English language education. Aligned with Hong Kong curriculum standards, its courses equip students with unique answering skills to tackle exam challenges and build academic confidence.
