The pain is, the app wouldn’t allow auto fill, and it asks for a lot private information; but at the end, it still fail. No matter which payment option I took, whether or not I logged in before filling up the information. When I contacted them, they asked me to go to their store to sign up again! I already recheck my phone number and email but still didn’t get the verification number from sms. I uninstall and install again but still didn’t work. The app is linked to other page on internet for shopping instead of shopping on the app is totally ridiculous. Very bad designed. While the company keeps closing down physical stores but the not developing for online shopping shows that the company has a very bad strategy. ### 2/5 — Unable to login to apps and use my e-membership *2021-04-17, version 1.7.1* The application is actually malfunction as I cannot log in to the apps. It directs me to the website for popular online store which is redundant. If the apps going to use website it would be easy for me to use the website to purchase instead of using the apps. And one thing to improve, please show the linked membership card (the one with the barcode) in the webpage instead of just showing in the apps as i was not able to log in to the apps when i want to purchase any book at the store because i only have e-membership. Please provide physical card to members if you cannot ensure the application is going to function well. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t load. I’m ONE number away to fill out my phone number at the registration ### 4/5 — App’s online store needs improvement *2019-05-25* Nicely done on the UI but it crashed thrice before it managed to open. Easy to understand icons. However, your online store section needs better navigation. It lags heavily, there isn’t any swipe motion available...there’s only the easily missed arrow button to go back one page and most of the time it automatically goes back up to top of page. Which means there’s a need to scroll and scroll again to the previous spot. It’s inconvenient. Also, can’t I login to the online store using the same login details for the app? It says invalid details. Is it necessary to create another login for the online store? Otherwise, it’s great that we can now use the app to replace the physical card. Update: Tried using your app in store today. They weren’t able to scan the barcode on the member card and vouchers. When it comes to payment, there are 2 options but none seems working to me. 1. Using visa/master, the app asked me to login while i already logged to my account 2. Using fpx, no bank name appear in the drop down menu.
