The accumulated points (with no expiry date) could be converted to voucher. ### 3/5 — Bookfest *2022-12-11, version 1.16.5* Kindly review your system of insisting on seeing the receipt before redemption of those gifts/ products after payment. The small slip of paper (for redemption of whatever had been promised) had been printed only after payment. Could you review this process of making it a real hassle? We had to go round squeezing through the crowds just to get back to the counter to redeem the items and we might not have the receipt with us. ### 2/5 — Very Unsatisfactory App *2022-07-06, version 1.16.1* I had to make 3 tries before I could renew my membership for next 3 years. But new expiry date is only a few months down the road. There is no “back” function, so I have to keep closing and re opening the app. And there is no chance for feedback or contact. Waste my time. I rather have a physical card or ecard. I have never encountered such a bad app experience. There are errors in the app, and the discounts that should be available are not reflected. As other users mentioned, there seems to be some bug going on, App says there is a newer version so when you click on update, it brings u to the app store but it shows that u have already downloaded the latest app, and brings u back to the popularsg app. So it goes round and round in circles. 2. App is unable to recognize email, tried forgetting password, does not work, tried creating new account, it says email existed. End up being unable to link the card at all. Perhaps the physical card is still better 🤦🏻‍♀️ ### 1/5 — Can’t update!!! *2023-01-27, version 1.16.5* I opened the app which tells me to update and when I try to update it brings me back to the app that tells me to update. However, I can’t reach the page because the app keep asking me to update. I was told after I had pressed Redeem on the app that I had to spend $50 to be able to use the voucher. I had purchased a total of close to $45 without realizing it. Why couldn’t the cashier advise me that all I had to do was to purchase another item to make up the total to $50 in order to use the voucher? Of course I should have realized it as well, but couldn’t the cashier be a bit more helpful here???
