## What is Porchlight Grounding?

A little light to come back to.

Porchlight is a private place for the good moments, and a gentle way back to them when things feel overwhelming.

KEEP A LITTLE OF THE GOOD
Write a few words. Add a photo if you like. Save a kind word, a moment you felt safe, or something you got through. It only has to mean something to you.

COME BACK, ONE SMALL STEP AT A TIME
SOS offers guided grounding, one prompt at a time. Notice colors around you, feel your feet on the floor, gently release tension, and follow your breathing. Take the steps that feel possible and skip a prompt when you need to.

LET YOUR OWN LIFE REMIND YOU
During SOS, revisit the words and photos you saved when things felt different. You do not have to force yourself to feel positive. Your own experiences can offer another part of the story.

REMEMBER YOUR RETURNS
A completed SOS session is saved as a Return. Look back on your affirmations and Returns in your calendar, and remember the moments you came through.

PRIVATE AND SIMPLE
Free to download at launch. Your entries are stored locally on your iPhone. No account, ads, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. Grounding and SOS are immediately accessible without a separate app lock.

Requires iOS 18 or later.

Porchlight is for self-guided grounding and personal reflection. It is not a medical device, therapy, or an emergency service, and does not diagnose or treat any condition. SOS does not contact emergency services.
