## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.02 — 2026-08-18

Know who's actually coming.

WHO'S ON THE TRIP
- When you book a stay, you can now write down who else is coming — not just how many.
- A name is enough. Phone or email is optional, so the kids go on the list too.
- People you've had before are offered as you type, so the second trip is a few taps.
- Adding someone here just notes who's expected. It doesn't text them — you still decide when to send the trip link.
- Once someone opens that link, they move from "expected" to checked in, so you can see who's actually got the details.

FIXES
- Adding someone already on the trip now tells you, instead of quietly doing nothing.
- The guest list stays out of the way on cancelled stays.

### 1.01 — 2026-08-16

PorchLite now works when the cabin Wi-Fi doesn't.

OFFLINE
- Your house manual, tasks, supplies and bring-next-time list are saved to your phone, so they're there when you pull up somewhere with no signal.
- We save them ahead of time now, instead of only remembering the screens you happened to open while you had bars.
- When the app can't reach the server, it tells you. Before, it would sometimes say your calendar was clear or your expenses were settled up when it simply hadn't loaded.
- The app no longer signs you out when it can't check your account offline.

WHO TO CALL
- Your cleaner, plumber and handyman now live in Contacts, alongside everyone else you'd call, instead of being mixed in with the people who share the house.
- You can browse contacts by type.
- Family and guests can see the contacts they need. Your private notes on a contact stay private to you.

HOME
- Unanswered guest questions now show up on your home screen, so a question doesn't sit waiting just because you glanced at the badge.
- Your bring-next-time list is on the home screen.

FIXES
- Supplies: an item you'd just restocked could stay stuck on "Out". Fixed.
- Tapping a notification now opens the thing it's about, instead of dropping you at the home screen.
- Replying to a guest's question now actually sends the reply.
- A stray "0" could turn up next to quantities and other numbers. Gone.
- Fixed a few screens that could spin forever, and a departure checklist that showed the wrong tasks.
- The offline banner no longer pushes every screen title down the page.
- Subscribing: the plan name now appears in the purchase sheet, and the Subscribe button no longer sticks when a purchase is waiting on someone else's approval.

Under the hood, the app is easier on your battery while it's sitting in your pocket, and steadier at syncing in the background.
