## What is PorchQ App?

PorchQ helps community associations, boards, and management teams organize daily work in one calm, modern workspace.

Create an account and configure your community for free. PorchQ has no software subscription, monthly platform fee, or minimum. Optional metered PorchQ services use an organization-managed pay-as-you-go balance.

Use PorchQ to:

- manage community work and maintenance;
- communicate with residents and board members;
- organize governing documents and community information;
- use the PorchQ assistant with answers grounded in authorized documents;
- review published service rates and precise usage history;
- understand property, portfolio, reporting-owner, and payer attribution;
- monitor organization-managed balance and paid-service readiness when your role permits it.

The App Store app does not sell subscriptions or funds and contains no external purchase link. Authorized users can view organization billing status; billing is managed by the organization’s billing administrator.

Some capabilities require an authorized PorchQ organization, supported role, and network connection. Features shown may vary by permissions and region.
