What is particularly frustrating is the lack of any proper maintenance or solution being provided. As a paying customer, I am paying nearly £50 per week for this service, yet I am unable to rely on the bikes to get where I need to go. The ongoing issues at this location are unacceptable, and there has been no communication about when these faults will be resolved. Given the significant amount I am paying for this service, I expect a more reliable and efficient solution to the ongoing issues.
