I would go negative stars if possible, they have had years to fix or update app so it works but haven’t, doesn’t load or do anything!!

The login fails without any user feedback.  Need to TELL the user they need to allow the mobile app.

Before you can use this, you need to log into the web app from a PC and under settings enable mobile app.
