After updating to the firmware 3.1.15, my projector just stop working with HDMI wireless unit. It keeps rebooting after turned to HDMI mode. Have reset several times and nothing fixed.I want to know is it possible to downgrade the firmware? The support for this product is so rare and limited.

皆さんの言う通り接続が悪すぎる。電源切ったり、アプリをインストールしなおしたり、様々なことをして、運良く繋がるといった感じ。ほんとイライラします。

スマホ周辺機器はあらゆるものがBluetoothで接続され、便利に使用できる。
なのに何故このプロジェクターは繋がらないの？。
しっかりしてよ、ソニー。
だからお客は中華に流れちゃうんだよ。

追記
lpadで操作していますが、近くにスマホがあるとそちらに繋がりたがるみたいです。例えスマホに操作アプリを入れていなくても！。
なので、操作端末以外のBluetooth（ホスト)をOFFにすると接続出来ました。っておかしいでしょ、改善してよ。

まずBluetoothの接続が90%以上失敗します。
実用に耐えられない低い完成度です。
単に映したいだけなのに、いちいちアプリに頼るなって感じです（そのアプリの完成度が最低品質なので尚更)

Simply put, this app doesn't work. It never connects to the projector. And the developer hasn't done anything in months to remedy the issues.

After upgraded to 3.1.15, the projector reboot randomly when connecting to the wireless unit. No matter what kinds of HDMI devices, this situation could not be eliminated by reset the settings. Now I have a £900 wall clock.

So now it won’t even connect and turn on by the app. You have to physically press the button on the device - Useless if it’s mounted on the ceiling.  Sony literally don’t care about this and have not listened to anyone who bought this £900 projector. Go look at the Sony forums.  

The app is awful. The design, methods for changing anything on it are all terrible. The widget has never worked. 

The device itself is great completely let down by lazy programming by Sony, and it’s the ONLY way to control it. No physical  remote control at all. So at some point when Sony give up on this app, the projector will just stop working completely.

In one year of ownership I only struggled with the app. It’s a miracle if it connects to the projector. The idea of the projector is good, the implementation via the app is abismall. You can’t use the projector without the app!

Purchased this projector day one! Deeply disappointed with the accompanying app. Functions removed such ITTTF. Also app needs to be deleted and re-downloaded time and time again for it to connect to the projector. Sony please introduce a simple infrared / Bluetooth remote or Alexa remote. Thanks

iOS版アプリの不具合らしく、Bluetooth接続ができません。
ワイヤレスユニットとパソコンを繋ぐ分には問題ないので、IOS対応していないと謳った方が良かったと思います。
iOSユーザーには詐欺だと思われても仕方ないですね。

Slow and frequent connection problems and very limited in functionality. When it eventually dies the projector, which is otherwise a lovely unit, will be a paperweight. Sony should be ashamed of this half baked experiment.

みなさん同じ現象が起こっているようなので製品の問題です…。
これ、廃盤になるそうですね。高いし、使えないし、買わない方がいいですよ。
動かないので、我が家はテレビに切り替えます…泣

No updates for years, dropping applications that once worked with the device and, frustratingly, only about a 25% chance of detecting HDMI due to who knows what (and troubleshooting tips that don’t go beyond “is HDMI plugged in?” I share views of others — faith in Sony lost.

This is an expensive projector with zero way to actually use it on any regular basis due to this embarrassing and useless app. Possibly the worst app I've ever used in the history of the iPhone back to day 1!!!!!!!!!

2年程前にLSPXを購入した際、このアプリをiPhone SEに入れて使ってみたものの動作不良でまるで使えなかった。
最近、またインストールしてみたら（iPhone7）、ほぼ問題なく使用出来ている

Hdmi from a macbookpro mirrors your screen to the projector. So you can project itunes movies, youtube, netflix, whatever you access from your laptop. Audio can be sent to the projector speakers or you can use laptop speakers or outputs..  Smartphone is generally used for projector control and to project photos and videos stored in camera roll. Take some time to familiarize yourself with the app, once you got it you're good to go. Enjoy!

2017年頃に購入し、現在まで使っています。
当初からアプリの反応が悪くストレスでしたが、最近はアプリの反応が良くなりました。(iPhone13使用)
iOS に対応するように毎年アップデートしてくださっていて嬉しいです。

Sony has come so close to a highly compelling product. If the software was as good as the hardware it would be a Home run! It uses Bluetooth so not sure why it can’t connect like a good Bluetooth headphone. The app is very slow.

Since this app is the only way to control volume & projector output it would be better if those two features were more front and center. 

That or include a simple remote with the projector itself. 

To turn on phone, open app, open submenu to change volume takes away most of the convenience of the app being on ones phone. 

That said, the projector itself is absolutely spectacular, and paired with Apple TV is a joy. 
I wish Sony would bring a new generation to market. I feel mine is on borrowed time after more than ten years.

iPhoneだと対応されていないのか、Wi-Fi接続も何もできません。Bluetoothはかろうじて使えるので、何度か電源をオンオフしたり色々試した結果…我が家では高級時計と化しました。しかも最近時計もずれ始めました。プロジェクター事業からは撤退されているのかもしれませんが、既存の製品にはどうにか対応してくださると助かります。

視聴の途中で映像が消えた。
プロジェクターとワイヤレスユニットが繋がらない。

スマホとプロジェクターのBluetooth接続も
アンテナが出たり消えたり。
これはプロジェクター側に問題がある？

→その後プロジェクターを修理に出し、コネクタ不良とのことで直してもらいました。期間と費用は発送含めて12日、約7千円。

As others mentioned, please make it an option to make the HDMI the default input. Also please incorporate a sleep timer, chromecast support, and make it so widget actually performs functions instead of loading app. Thank you
